These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChangeBeam, a changelog widget SaaS operated by VISANOLE LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
ChangeBeam provides tools to publish product changelogs via an embeddable widget, public changelog page, email notifications, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use ChangeBeam to publish or distribute:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
The script tag embed is provided as-is. You are responsible for ensuring that embedding the ChangeBeam widget on your site complies with your own privacy policy and any applicable laws (including cookie consent requirements). We provide a privacy-friendly widget that collects no end-user PII, but site-level compliance remains your responsibility.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not issue prorated refunds. Annual subscribers who cancel within 14 days of their first payment may request a full refund.
You retain full ownership of the content you publish through ChangeBeam (changelog posts, project descriptions, images). You grant VISANOLE LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
The ChangeBeam platform, widget code, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by VISANOLE LLC and may not be reproduced or reverse-engineered without written permission.
ChangeBeam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VISANOLE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may close your account from account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted.
We will notify account holders via email at least 14 days before any material changes to these Terms take effect. If you continue using ChangeBeam after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
